Dobre choc nie rewelacyjne. Bardzo zblizone do tradycyjnych lambickow Brukselskich. Ale jednak nieco inne. Delikatniejsze mniej cierpkie. Polecam milosnika gueuze.

Hazy mid blonde with tart yet fruity aroma. Is it dry hopped? Full and fruity with spritzy carbonation, tart edge but much more drinkable than standard spontanale. Complex with long fruity finish

Spero di trovare altri prodotti simili firmati Made in Denmark. Da provare!

Draught at In de Wildeman, Amsterdam, also called "flat"
Hazy golden color, creamy head. The aroma has some funkiness and sourness, but also a sweet and milky touch, light feety touch; it reminds me of a faro. The mouthfeel is smooth, quite dry; mild funky flavor, light orange peel, moderate astringency; there is a light residual sweetness.
Very elegant and balanced, excellent.

Super easy, smooth citrus fresh fruit funk. Sour but suppable, gently great. Very tasty. Only 3 left and I have Eisbock in fridge. Don’t want a malt liquor.

Pours a hazy golden with a small off-white head. Mellow sweetness with some tartness. Aromas of pale malts and some forest berries. Medium to light bodied. Soft carbonation. Dry, slightly sour finish.

Bottle: Poured a clear light golden color lambic with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some light green apple notes. Taste is also dominated by some tart notes with light woody notes and some very subtle acidic notes at the end. Body is light with good carbonation for style. Not as complex as some of the Belgian Lambic but still very enjoyable and very easy to drink.

Bottle from mikkeller webshop . carbo coming up pretty slow, than faster and faster untill it gushes . Pours orange, rather small white head , intense lambic smell . Very funky . Almost reminds to 3 fonteinen . Taste is very dry, sharp sourness, lots of funk ( again, 3 fonteinen comes to mind ) bread-grainyness . Good carbonation Dry, funky finish , Very nice one !

pours hazy light golden with a small off-white head, some retention. bretty, leathery bretts, winey, nice fruitiness - semi-sweet apricots and green apples - the good ones though, cheese, lemon, celery, wheat. bright carbonation, light body, drying and lightly acidic finish. exactly what you would expect from a young lambic by a notorious brussels unblender.. much enjoyed!
