3.1.2014. Alussa tuoksuu vain sitrus, myöhemmin alta paljastuu myös humalaa ja mallasta. Maussa hieman samaa, kenties vielä vähemmän. Ihan raikashan tämä, mutta tylsä pettymys Mikkelleriltä.

In short: citrusy beer.
A spicy pilsen, pouring deep golden-orange, hazy. Was expecting some more.

Bottle courtesy of the parents. Pours golden with an off white head. The aroma is strongly lemon and lime flavouring. The taste is lots of lemon and lime. Kind of tastes like lager with lemon and lime cordial added. Not Mikkelers finest work.

Bue en bouteille de 33cl. Biere particulière, à l'acidité bien marquée. Spéciale mais bien faite pour les amateurs de sour ale

Clear golden colour with big frothy white head. Mild caramel sweet aroma with hints of citrus. Flavour is malt, mild citrus hops and cardboard. To loose for me this one. Prob nice for seafood

djoeye (2070) - Tromsø, NORWAY - OCT 14, 2014
Slightly hazy yellow-orange body, pearl white head, kitchen curtains. Aroma; fermented fruits, leather, juicy malts, almonds, syrup, apricot, peaches. Taste; bread, juicy malts, apricot, lime, peaches, lemon, almond, dough. Finishes with brown bread, grass, hops, grainy syrup, smoke. Normal on palate. Quite fruity, but modest fruit dominance for a fruit beer, and less sweet than many of those. [33cl brown bottle, 5%abv, #110741, BB16/07/15]

MPA (859) - Amager (form. Nørrebro&Aalborg), DENMARK - SEP 21, 2014
Bottle. Amber with off white head. Aroma of caramel, lime and grass. Flavour is sweet with notes of fruit and caramel. A lime freshness as well with only a mild bitterness, which I guess is due to the fact, that this is an older bottle. I recall it being more bitter when fresh, and I should have an earlier rating somewhere in my backlog to go with that memory. Still a decent beer with no flaws. I could drink plenty of this without having too much, but I’d probably go for something else at some point, unless this was the only decent beer or the price was a bargain.
