Courtesy of Someister- thanks Sean! Typical IPA flavors upfront- pine, some citrus, balanced fruitiness. But towards the back-end, I got the roasty coffee flavors. I closed my eyes & almost thought I was drinking a mild black-IPA. Pretty good! Mikkeller surprises me again!

On tap at Kaapse Brouwers, Rotterdam. Hazy to murky orange with a small off-white head. The aroma is malty, caramel, toasty, lots of citrus hop notes (grapefruit and orange). Some coffee hidden in the aroma. The flavour is sweet bready, toasty caramel malt, sweet citrus and the coffee which is light and pleasant. A very textured beer. The coffee flavour is minimal but does linger, with a dry roasted bitterness. Expected more coffee but still enjoy this.

Keg @ Birmingham Beer Bash. Hope this is the right one, had it written down as something else. Horrible rotten vegetal taste. Not sure what went wrong here but definitely did not taste right. And couldn’t get much coffee.

Keg at Birmingham Beer Bash 2014. Caramel coloured, spritzy dans le tongued. The coffee does not dominate, but does add a layer of cakey pleasing to a balanced IPA, with a ground sheet of dry hops. Well balanced.

Bottle, 75cL. Home. A dark brown beer with mahogany hues. Large off-white head, good persistence. Good lacing. Roasty aroma, coffee, blackcurrant, blackberry, herbs. First medium sweet, then medium dry bitter ; bittersweet waves. Medium body, silky texture, average carbonation, dry bitter finish, a bit warming. Overall, good coffee aroma. Balanced. Delicious :)

Bottle, 330 ml from Za Popent, Ljubljana. Pours hazy orange with medium white head. Nice citrus hoppy aroma. Fruit hoppy flavor with pleasant bitterness and coffee finish which came as great surprise. Complex and very interesting brew.

Clear orange body with tall loosely composed bone white head which settled to a persistent 1/8", good amount of tightly patterned delicate lacing – citrus and stone fruits tango with subtle and very complimentary sweet coffee and malt notes on a medium light body, fairly coating, dry finish

there’s a lot of carbonation, a bright almost coppery color. almost looks like an iced tea. I don’t get much coffee in the aroma, just some roastiness. A little sweet, malt. Taste is lighter than expected as well, though it’s hard to totally know what to expect from a coffee ipa. Hoppy, bitter a little roasty sweetness.
