UPDATED: FEB 22, 2014 18.12.2013, 0,33l bottle sampled @ BBGTC Christmas tasting:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly neutral, old hops, dark malts, wet leafs, soil, grass, citrus peel, alcohol. Taste is slightly harsh, dark malts, old hops, wet leafs, pine needles, soil, grass, citrus peel. Longlasting bitterness, a little thin body. Fair enough, has probably faded a lot.

jesperhammer (4053) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 10, 2012
10-MAR-2012, bottle @home, from "Ølbutikken". Pours very dark brown, almost black with huge beige head that lasts and coats the glass. Very hoppy nose. Grape fruit and pine. OK, some roasted notes as well, but hops dominate. Same with the taste but the roasted malts are more evident, thougt. A touch of coffee and chocolate combined with the very strong hop profile. Fantastic brew.

Body is medium, malty and lightly sweetish flavor, some caramel and light roasted malt, light tropical fruitiness, piney - citrus hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, light caramel and roasted malt, piney - some citrus hoppyness. Nice one - could be drier/have less caramel, though.

@ Gyllenbock: Liten lätt doft av malt med svaga brända toner. Tydlig humle, mycket lakrits och en ganska torr eftersmak

maneliquor (3482) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAY 4, 2013
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours very dark brown with a small yellow head which quickly disappears. Nose is loads of citrus and milk chocolate. Reminds of orange flavoured chocolate. Taste showcases the citrus and chocolate notes. Quite balanced. A touch of piney hops comes through. Not too bad. A little light on in mouth feel but goes down nicely. daje (3469) - NORWAY - JUL 2, 2013
Bottle, shared june 22nd 2013. Muddy dark brown "cola colored" body, big light brown head. Aroma is hoppy, tropical fruits and grass, with strong roasted mat. Taste follows due with intense roasted malt and an explosion of fruit, peach, pineapple, mango, and caramel. Salt licorice finds its way into the finish, with a high nice bitterness. One solid CDA for sure.
