I got kossed by Papsoe with this 330 ml. bottle. Thanks H! It pours a murky dark brown with a large tan head. The nose has a bit of light pine and anise. The flavor has some pumpernickel, rye, anise, and that pine note. A little maltier than most of the black IPAs I’ve tried, but I like it. It seems to move it a hair closer to a porter and that’s okay with me. Delightfully different.
