Deep golden with a big, long lasting, foamy head. Aroma is sweet hops, pretty balanced and fruity. Taste is hoppy, but balanced and nice. Bitterness follows. This is a very good beer. Waiting to taste the 2013 version.

Aroma is floral with clove hints and some citrus hops. Taste is a sweet maltiness with hints from the yeast. The hopiness lends a smooth bitterness that doesn’t linger too long. Body is a cloudy gold with a nice lace head that retains very well. Some sediment suspended.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein orangegoldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hopfig malzig, fruchtig bitter. Geschmack angenehm fruchtig herb, malzig fruchtig.

Kopparfärgad med stort ljust skum! Mycket amerikansk humle i både doft och smak men även endel malt. Lite humetrött pga av åldern och lite spritig!

Decent pale ale. Fruity and forresty hop-flavours dominate, some orange, citrus and pine.

Ljus krona, fruktig karaktär med något fattig arom.. Persika och lätt citrus är det som sticker ut..

Aroma: tropical fruits, pineapple and peaches. Appearance: slightly hazy pale gold/orange, medium head, almost creamy. Taste: light sweet and bitter. Palate: sweets continue but bitters get more pronounced, medium to long dry finish. Overall: very nice APA, amazing aroma. Bottle at Grand Hotel, Stockholm.

(33 cl bottle) Amber-orange color, hazy, with a cream-colored head. First impression is the intense bitterness that is accompanied by only little sweetness. Aroma appears soapy at first, but after a while becomes more interesting and complex as hoppy notes build up on the palate, of the fruity (orange peel) and grassy/wet leaves kind. There is also quite a lot of nutty aroma. Getting better with every sip. Medium to full body, lively carbonation, long and bitter finish with loads of resonating hops. I like!

Bottle. The BBD says Aug 2014? For a pale ale brewed in 2012? Hmmm... Anyway, it pours a light amber with heavy floaties and a very lively gold tinted head. Light caramel, light fruity hops, moderately heavy bitterness. The shine has left this brew and the bitterness dominates. Just ok.

Vells (542) - LATVIA - DEC 16, 2013
Quite intense hoppy fruitiness, citrus, peach. Moderate malty, bit yeast. Kinda herbal with notes of perfume. Bit onedimensional with quite dry moderate bitter finish. Fruitiness rescues this brew. Sweet with moderate thou quite sharp bittersweet finish. Decent drinkable beer, bit boring
