(Bottle, 0.33 l - shared with VastActiv, at Solmu, 20121012) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had hops, booze and glue. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, glue, booze, malts, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, boozy and bitter. Despite the booze and glue a quite drinkable brew.

Habanero (3946) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK - OCT 12, 2012
Bottled. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Nose of citrus especially grapefruit, pine and caramel. Sweet flavor with a markedly bitterness and a nice malt backbone and ends up quite dry with alcohol notes. Medium to full bodied, oily to creamy texture and soft CO2. A great brew with the the 14% alcohol well hidden.

ClubGonzo (5399) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 11, 2012
Bottle sample @ Bergen Ølfestival. Pours a dark orange body with a small white head. Nose is intense syrupy peach and grapefruit tones, parsley and herbal notes, caramel, alcohol and biscuit-like malts in the back. Taste is sweet malts, licorice, grapefruit, citric peel, herbs and hints of lime and syrup. Alcohol warmth is evident, but the edge is surprisingly well hidden. Soft carbonation, smooth and near-oily mouthfeel. I like it a lot.

11.2oz bottle in a tulip. Pours copper with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of citrusy hops, caramel malts, and some alcohol. Flavor the same. Smooth texture. An interesting beer, but it could be better.

visionthing (4723) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 8, 2012
From bottle at Oslo ølfestival. Pours slightly hazy orange with an off-white head. Aroma of alcohol, fruits, citrus, malt and hops. Heavy alcohol sweetness with fruity and lightly hoppy flavours and a pleasant and grapefruity, but a bit weak bitterness in the finish. Full body with an almost sirupy mouthfeel. Warming alcohol. Strong and sweet, interesting, but a bit too much alcohol. Nice dessert IIPA! (2012-10-06)

Cloudy orange, white frothy head. Floral, citrus and barnyard. Solid amount of bitterness, strong flavour. Light carbonation, quite some alcohol warmth. Pretty good actually. (At ZZT V)
