Bottle @ tasting. Aroma is huge fruity cheesy hop madness, big caramel bready malt note. Flavour is uberheavy hop fullness, then big bread and caramel malt, then a hefty alcohol warmth and burn, then more malt. Finishing with a big alcoholic warmth covered in hop bitterness.

33cl bottle, BBE 07/2023. Hazy, dark orange, thin white head. Aroma has dried fruits soaked inalcohol, some bread in the background. Sticky, oily mouthfeel. Very bitter, hoppy flavor, also lots of alcohol pushing through. vanilla cookies and perfumy notes In the long sweet finish. Heavy stuff.

Small glass served from tap at Henrik Øl og Vinstove. Near-clear amber coloured body. Low, stable layer, spotty lacing. Smell of dried fruits and bread, lighter vapour of alcohol. Dried malt-fruity taste including apricot together with hints of almond and warmth from the alcohol. Full bodied. Not overly sweet. Heavy drinking, classical slow sipper (Bergen, 18.09.2012).

nice hoppy aroma. Taste is quite sweet with lots of citrussy hops and alcohol, bitter finish (although i would have liked a little more bitterness.) My only complaint it that the alcohol is not quite as well hidden as I would have hoped, think this could have been better as a 11% abv or some. Quite nice nevertheless.

Hazed amber pour with a white head. Sweet sugar and caramel maltiness with a strong tropical fruit character, particularly pineapple and mango. A hint of pine and mild citrus. The flavor is quite sweet as well with all of the caramel and sugar flavors. Pinapple, peach, and mango notes with a subtle citrus character. A light pine bitterness and perhaps a hint of booze.

Pours hazy orange color with no head. Aroma of listerine, fruits, hops, pine needles, resin and some caramel notes. Flavor of fruits, hops, mild caramel, toffee hints and grass. Bitter (harsh) palate, sweet finish. Way too sweet.

33 cl bottle @ lusikka
Aroma is quite light with fruits and some vanilla. Flavour is fruity and sweet with hops, glue and alcohol. One of the most glueish DIPAs I’ve had.

330 ml bottle.
Pours a hazy golden colour with a small head. Aroma of grass, floral hops and some citrusy notes. Flavour of strong floral hops, caramel, mandarin orange and grass. Strong maltiness as well. Full bodied, slick mouthfeel and a piney, floral, bitter finish. Really nice bitterness and not-too-sweet maltiness. A great and balanced DIPA.

Pours light orange with a small head. Aroma of fruity hops, malts, hints of caramel and toffee. Taste is sweet and malty with hints of fruity hops and caramel. Finish is sweet and hoppy with hints of malty notes. A bit boozy and unbalanced double IPA.
