Uklar gyllen med et stort hvit skum, høyt korbonert. Aroma av malt, sitrus, urter og gjær. Smaken følger aroma, men her er det mer syrlig frukt.

Davros (1869) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - MAY 28, 2014
Pours pale gold with a large fading head. Nose shows fruity Brett, earthy notes, Belgian tripel-like spicy phenols. A faint herbal note too. Similar flavours, with both a earthy and fruity Brett prescence. More sweet malt too, Belgian style. Carbonation seems excessive.

Tasting at Bruce’s. Thanks to Colin for tracking these down. Cloudy gold beer, good pale cream coloured head. Brett nose. Very pale. Fluffy palate, airy and semi dry. Light fine carbonation. A lot of brett and a little grapefruit pith. Light airy finish. Okay but heavy on the brett.
