27.08.2014, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Small fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish, flowers, weeds, yeast, dried fruits, citrus, hay, sap, old cellar. Taste is slightly floral, weeds, hay, flowers, yeast, bark, citrus peel, dried fruits. Little bitterness, fizzy carbonation. Fair enough, kind of interesting.

piscator34 (1960) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 17, 2014
Bottled sample. Gold in colour with fairly strong carbonation. Aromas are of white pepper, lemon peel, earth and vague kitchen herbs. The flavor reminds me of lemon verbena and dandelion, with some earthy herbs and pilsner malts backing. A bit acidic (in a good way) and definitely dry on the palate. Pretty good overall, especially if herbal beers are your thing.

Beergaard (70) - Aarhus, DENMARK - JUN 21, 2014
Cloudy light golden beer - somehow looks like a weissbeer - some similarities in the taste as well although there is no wheat in it. Amazing big, white and sticky head that has some clear taste notes of dandelion. Lively carbonization. The aroma is not breathtaking but there is some sweetness in there that makes it quite pleasant. The taste is fresh with some citrus, yeast, herbs, dandelion - seems a bit week in the beginning but turns out to have quite a long aftertaste. Dry and to some extend bitter finnish. This beer is not a must but a fresh and kind of summery beer with some distinctness that I assume comes from the dandelion.

Yorker (1176) - Herning, DENMARK - JUN 18, 2014
33 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy yellow with a white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Aroma and flavour are herbs, spices, and citrus - with a slightly dry finish.

Habanero (2595) - Tranbjerg, DENMARK - MAY 31, 2014
Bottled. Pours clear golden with an average, white head. Aroma of herbs, grass, grain and caramel notes. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and slightly bitter. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and average carb. An OK brew but a bit boring.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a big steady white head. The aroma is malty and light hoppy with dry yeasty and light wheaty notes. The flavor is mild hoppy with some herbal and bitter malty notes.

bottle chez mowbeer, thanks to ungstrup. faintly hazed golden with a lasting head; sure enough, some dandelion tea in the aroma; light tough of earthy spice and even vanilla. worth a try

Skinnyviking (7008) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 17, 2014
Bottle at home. High fluffy long lasting and good looking white head. Hazy dark yellow body. Dry and dusty hay bread malt aroma with a herbal touch. Bittersweet mild lemon like flavor with a herbal touch (would never have guessed that it probably comes from the dandelion). Little hops bitterness, low carbonation. Short finish.

Theydon_Bois (8395) - The ’Sham, Surrey, ENGLAND - APR 13, 2014
Bottle split at Bruce’s pad, from Kihoskh, 27/03/14. Hazed orange/yellow with moderate off white head that retains. Nose is bitter fruit, tangy citrus, light spice, tarte apricot. Taste comprises floral notes, light brett feel, hint of soap, citric dipped straw, tarte peach. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok offering.
