27.08.2014, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Small fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish, flowers, weeds, yeast, dried fruits, citrus, hay, sap, old cellar. Taste is slightly floral, weeds, hay, flowers, yeast, bark, citrus peel, dried fruits. Little bitterness, fizzy carbonation. Fair enough, kind of interesting.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled sample. Gold in colour with fairly strong carbonation. Aromas are of white pepper, lemon peel, earth and vague kitchen herbs. The flavor reminds me of lemon verbena and dandelion, with some earthy herbs and pilsner malts backing. A bit acidic (in a good way) and definitely dry on the palate. Pretty good overall, especially if herbal beers are your thing.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cloudy light golden beer - somehow looks like a weissbeer - some similarities in the taste as well although there is no wheat in it. Amazing big, white and sticky head that has some clear taste notes of dandelion. Lively carbonization. The aroma is not breathtaking but there is some sweetness in there that makes it quite pleasant. The taste is fresh with some citrus, yeast, herbs, dandelion - seems a bit week in the beginning but turns out to have quite a long aftertaste. Dry and to some extend bitter finnish. This beer is not a must but a fresh and kind of summery beer with some distinctness that I assume comes from the dandelion.

Bottled. Pours clear golden with an average, white head. Aroma of herbs, grass, grain and caramel notes. Sweet flavor that ends up dry and slightly bitter. Medium bodied, watery to oily texture and average carb. An OK brew but a bit boring.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle at home. High fluffy long lasting and good looking white head. Hazy dark yellow body. Dry and dusty hay bread malt aroma with a herbal touch. Bittersweet mild lemon like flavor with a herbal touch (would never have guessed that it probably comes from the dandelion). Little hops bitterness, low carbonation. Short finish.
