330ml bottle. Pitch black color, medium tan head, looks nice. Heavy roast (could say ashy even), tobacco in aroma. Sweet, ashy, roasted malts in flavor. Bit too much carbonation overshadows milky smoothness.

Bottle (330 ml) at home. Dark brown - almost black - with a medium beige head, good retention, leaving good lacing. Aroma is of roasted cereals, coffee, vanilla, a rather strong lactose sweetness presence, lots of ashes too, sweet chocolate and a bit of anise. Taste is sweet and ashy to the point of being cloying. It’s quite flavorful with coffee, vanilla, roasted malts, vegetal notes, chocolate and anise. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Lactic mouthfeel. Vegetal finish. Strong lingering ashtray presence that is really off-putting for me. Unbalanced. Cloying. I was only able to take a few sips... 3/4 of this bottle goes down the drain.

Really dark brown color with light brown head. Aroma is sweet, milky and chocolaty, even a bit hoppy. Taste starts slightly sweet, lactic and roasty on the finish. Body is medium, smooth with medium carbonation. Quite nice overall, not overly sweet, smooth and easy to drink.

Bottle at home. Pours black with a lasting medium tan head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, slight smokiness, raisins. Taste is coffee, roasted smoky malts, chocolate, slight ripened plum. Thoroughly enjoyed this.

Tap at Erzbierschof. A creamy coffee-y milk stout, intense and toasty, tasty and sweet. Beautiful.

On tap at Craft Room, Zagreb. Poured a pitch black body with a greyish-brownish head, medium, thick, that went away slowly. Aroma... roasty, chocolate, weak notes of sweet orange. Taste... whoa... yeah, more of the same, chocolate mixing it up with sweetiesh notes of orange, basically like liquid jaffa cakes, only with that typical lactose body, heavy rounded sweetness. The roastiness that turns into buitterness builds up and lasts into the aftertaste. Almost perfect in many ways, it actually becomes a chore to drink. Yeah, everything about it is great, but it becomes slightly tiring or cloying at a point, which is a shame. Still - a damn good stout, well worth trying. And who knows, you might like it even more than I did.

pours unclear very dark brown with a tall creamy beige head, good retention and lacing. roasted chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, plums, obvious lactose - dusty and waxy; medium dark roasted coffee grains, smooth coffee with sugar; citrus, some earthy and piney notes, salt, other minerals. moderate carbonation, light to medium body - oily; sweet and woodsy-citrusy finish. aromatically hopped sweet stout. normally not my style - very solid stuff.

On tap at Cafe Sara, january 14th 2016. Black body with a small beige head. Aroma of coffee, cardamom and cocoa. Taste of roasted malt, plum and coconut, quite hoppy with a higher bitterness than expected in a milk stout. Nevertheless it works and ends as a solid beer.
