33cl bottle shared in a snifter. Pours dark brown but very much black when in the glass even when held up to light. Nice thick, creamy (slightly) off white head which lasts well and clings admirably to the side of the glass. Not as sweet s I expected however, still full of flavour and the mouthfeel is just so creamy and belies its moderate ABV. Taste is burnt malt and a slight coffee like dryness. Well balanced and easy drinking stout but not as sweet as maybe I had hoped.

Aroma: full of lactose, coffee substitute, roasted dark malts. Appearance: dark color, and nice beige head. Taste: medium bitterness (roasted dark malts), lactose, coffee, roasted dark malts, really smooth and easy drinking. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation, roasted finish. Overall: Great milk stout, recommended.

33cl bottle. This is a pretty delicious milk stout. Not my favorite style of beer but I enjoy it as I would a milk chocolate. Very drinkable and smooth. Great mouth feel. Narrow taste but warming and satisfying. Aroma poor but taste compensate it very well. Good beer.

Bottle. Black colour with a large tan head. Aroma of roasted and burnt malt, lactose, some hops. The flavour is sweet initially, a lactose sweetness, with a more roasted and burnt finish, average bitterness. Simple. I don’t mind lactose in stout per se but I’m not such a fan when it is the dominant character as is the case with this beer.

Botle. Pours dark dark brown with huge dense and creamy light-brown head, that settles nicely. Aroma is sweet lactose and milky chocolate. Some roasted malts and coffee in the background. Hint if puddersukker (brown fain). Taste is sweet milky, milk chocolate. Smooth and creamy body. Really nice dry cocoa bitter finish, that balances out the sweetness.

Tap at Ei8ht Ball. Doughy richness. Pungent island style, very true. Super sweet. OK.
