Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy dark reddish brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and heavy raspberry. Flavor is very sweet, rather bitter and light acidic. Dry, rather bitter and light acidic finish. Strange. 231013

Aroma is huge jammy raspberries and wet wood with some really sweet rich dark fruits and belgian yeast aromas. Taste is good but a bit too sweet with the fruit and the quad backbone. High abv is well hidden but just a bit cloying otherwise tasty.

Dark brown color, 1 finger brownish head. Aroma of red wine, white wine, raspberries, dark fruits, chocolate, nuts. Taste is great balance of sweet, sour and bitter, fruity flavor, refreshing. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Exciting beer

Bottle 37,5 cl, BBE 23.04.2018. Pours dark brown in color with thick and creamy cappuccino head. Vinous notes at first - feels almost like some rum and dark ripe fruits being there mixed with some almonds, sweet malty notes, there’s even some light wooden notes and hints of berries in aroma. It’s just a wonderful start. And the nose is wonderful throughout the whole bottle, what a treat. Notes of red wine, some dark fruity sweetness and raspberry freshness in taste. Slightly tart mouthfeel. Underneath there’s also some sweetish chocolatey notes and more vinous notes. The raspberry steps up a bit and it feels just more evident here than it was in aroma. Nice and long-lasting vinous notes in aftertaste.

Ruddy ruby brown pour with one finger of sudsy tan head. Absolutely wonderful nose. Tons of dried dark fruit with a nice fresh/sweet raspberry character. Rich toffee notes. Very nice flavor. Lots of dark fruit and even more raspberry. Lightly chalky notes. Medium full body and lightly tannic.

Bottle @ Christian Firtal, Odense. It looks black-ish, but in reality I think it’s very dark red-brown colored with a medium sized beige head. Complex aroma of raspberry, red and white wine as the label says. Flavor also has raspberry, wood, slightly tart, a bit dry and also clearly red and white wine. This is a very successful brew imo. Very balanced, very nice.

Bottled. Poured murky brown with a short-lived head. The aroma picked up lots of raspberries with fruity backing. The flavor found tart raspberry seeds upfront with bread and honeyed notes backing.. slicy and a bit hot on the finish with more vinous notes. Medium-bodied with low-ish carbonation on the palate.. a bit on the syrupy side.. aiight.
