3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
No bottling information.
A: The body is a hazy opaque dark brown with a thin and dense tan head with hints of pink in it, poor retention.
S: This is a very interesting and intense aroma, lots of sweet red wine aromas with heavy sweet raspberry, with light amounts of chocolate and brown sugar in the background. This smells very interesting, but very good.
T: Well this is very unexpected. There is a strong red wine flavor up front with heavy tart raspberries that hit hard on the mid-taste becoming slightly sour with a lightly sweet chocolate finish. The finish reminds me a little of champagne on the tongue.
M: Light to medium bodied, reminds me a bit of champagne.
O: This is very polarizing and I’m glad I’m splitting it with my girlfriend. This is a sipper by far.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 6/20
A deeply murky reddish brown pours to the glass and obscures light almost completely. A two and a half finger head is a light mocha color and really sticks around.
Overwhelming. There’s a ton of "barnyard" here and it’s really hard to get past. There’s a strong vinous taste following this with almost no sweetness present. This scent is decent but it’s a bit too much.
Lots of wine like tartness up front followed extremely quickly by a strong dirt and hay flavor. The wild here is overwhelming all the other flavors. I still pick up some dark fruit flavors on the end but there’s no sign of raspberries here and I’m let down.
Thick and sticking.
A bit too strong on the wild notes and too hodgepodge for me to really enjoy. She’s a trainwreck.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Det här var en riktigt rolig öl dessutom var den bättre än vad jag hade förväntat mig. Smaken bar inslag av hallon, syra och ’unkenhet’. Slutsats: kul och spännande öl.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle shared at my "Massive Mikkeller" tasting. This one really had me surprised/excited from the get go. From the pour I could see a slight red tint in the color so I figured the raspberries were gonna play a strong part in this one. Turns out I was right. The raspberries mix extremely well with the barrel qualities, which left me wanting more and more.
