pours a deep deep brown with good tan head that stays around - aroma yeasty sour citrus . taste much better than aroma - a touch of sweet qucikly changes to a citrusy slight sourness with caramel undertones offset very well by teh fizzy carbonation generating a pleasant mouthfeel . long finish slightly acidic but nice . pretty good beer would have again .

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
@ ACBF 2011. The aroma has cherries, other red fruits, tart yeast. Clear, dark red-brown coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is sour and tart, has some fruity sweetness to it, raisins, cherries. For the style quite on the thin side. Nice one.
