From bottle at ACBF 2011. Dark brown in the glass, small head. Starts fruity malty, also quite sourish. Wonderful fruity-berry notes. Well balanced finish with sourish notes of lemon, also warming finish. I liked it!

Bottle @ ACBF 2011. A dark brown colored beer, with a beige head. The aroma of sour with wood dough, dark fruits. The taste of gentle dark fruits with wood notes and vanilla. The aftertaste is smooth sweet with a little bitter.

Light unclear medium amber orange - red brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sour, berry, moderate to heavy yeasty, brett, cherry, red wine notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and bitter with a long duration, sweet andsour berry, malty, bretty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110304]

(bottle) pours the darkest clear ruby colour with a frothy beige head. aroma of red wine, grapes, wheat, brown sugar and light notes of melted butter and cardboard. flavour is mostly the same, with lots of red wine, floral hops, sweet grape juice and a medium sourness, no alcohol detectable. medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

Bottle @ ACBF 2011. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Aroma of souerness, grape, vanilla, ripe fruits and vague caramel. Flavour as well is full of sourness. Has ripe fruits, caramel, vague yeast and some vanilla. Medium to full bodied. Ends on a grapy sourness with notes of fruits. Very nice.

Bottle at ACBF 2011. Hazy darl brown pour. Aroma of brett, varnish, church. Flavor is sour, spicy and with some fruits. Nice brew.
