Light unclear medium amber orange - red brown color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sour, berry, moderate to heavy yeasty, brett, cherry, red wine notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and bitter with a long duration, sweet andsour berry, malty, bretty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

37.5 cL bottle at ACBF2011. Pours clear and amber with a small tan head. Aroma is wineous and brett dry herbal. Sweet malty, dry brett. Funky and slight fruity. Lingering brett and mild fruity. Smooth and brett to fruity finish.

Bottled. A hazy dark red beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, alcohol, brettanomyces, caramel, and a bit of wood. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, brettanomyces, wood, grapes, and caramel, leading to a tart finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours an almost clear reddish brown with a creamy beige head. Sweet rotten fruit in the nose combined with farty Brett and a slight tartness. Medium body, sweet woody fruitiness, minerals, overripe swwet fruits "noble rot", some Sherry. No real bitterness but a slight Bretty tartness. Very sophisticated, very pleasant. 130711

Draught@Craft Beer Co, London. Black colour, small beige head. Aroma is sweet riped fruits along with sour wood, some tart fruityness as well as some slight notes of alcohol. Flavour is sour, mild berries, some sweet malts, mild vanilla as well as some wooden notes. Ends sour, a bit alcoholic as well as vanillaish and wooden.

Bottled, at tasting at _angst_. Hazy mahogany colour, coarse head. Aroma of figs and cobwebs. Full bodied and rather sweet. Some jelly, slight vinegar and citrus. Warming caramel with mild tartnening acidity and notes of black currant. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-whit ehead. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty bretty woody aroma. Fruity sour tart woody caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty woody bretty tart finish.
