Bottle @ ACBF 2011. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Aroma of souerness, grape, vanilla, ripe fruits and vague caramel. Flavour as well is full of sourness. Has ripe fruits, caramel, vague yeast and some vanilla. Medium to full bodied. Ends on a grapy sourness with notes of fruits. Very nice.

Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is sourness, brett, oak, sugar, berries. flavour is dry, sourness, oak, brett, red wine, sugar, spices, fruit. Nice beer.

Säuerlich-malziger Antrunk mit wenig Süße. Die Malzigkeit ist dabei trocken und spielt der Säuerlichkeit zu. Es ist weniger Abwechslung als bei dem Ausgangsbier gegeben, daher wirkt es für Mikkeller Verhältnisse in Teilen eindimensional. Trocken-malzig-säuerliches Finish. /10/11/11//11

Bottle. Dark brown/amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, brett, dark fruits, caramel and hops. Flavour is malt, dark fruits, brett, little sour, vinous, wine, medium sweet, wood, yeast, caramel and dry.

Bottle at "Alex surölsprovning 2012". Sourish malty aroma, brett, vinous, chocolate, figs, raisins, rubber notes. Sourish flavor, fruity, figs, rubber notes, smoked notes, yeasty. Yeasty fruity finish.

A Mes rate. Keg at the Cask.A Mikkeller soured beer rarely (never) let’s me down. This is no different. Not the best smelling beer I have had from Mikkeller but as soon as this magic elixir hits my tongue, all that is forgotten. Big fruity barrelly sourness abounds and dizzys the brain for a few seconds after each sip. So bright and exciting for a beer with this reasonably high an abv. Funky yet thoroughly approachable. Superb finish with considerable length. Not something I should probably start the day with but when the boss demands you have a free half... Well, why the funk not? Excellent stuff.

Pours a dark amber color with an off-white head. Plenty of dark fruit notes on the nose, mostly cherry, raisin, and grape. A little bit of tartness balances out the sweetness somewhat. Dark candi sugar and toasted malts are also prominent. The palate is fairly sweet and malty with a good amount of dark fruit flavors to it. Just a hint of Brettanomyces funk, and maybe a light tartness. Just kind of okay.

BB 30/01/21 (bottled 10 years before), marked at 10.5% ABV. 5 months on red wine barrels.
Clear dark brown color, tan head. Sweet, plums, raissin, figs, dates, sugary, spicy, alcohol scent. Sugary, raissin, alcohol, smoke, licorice taste. Medium thin mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Bottle shared by faroeviking. Pours reddish brown with a medium tan head. The aroma is fart, rotten vegetables (udkogt blomkål) and brett. What? Some sugary and sweet malty notes. Really stinks! The flavour is very vinous with notes of dark fruit and molasses but then kicks the rotten vegetables. For fucks sake. What happend here! Everything was insane and creepy here but he palate was great. Overall this was a disaster....
