05/01/2012 Brasserie 4:20 (375ml bottle).

Hard to open bottle at home. (as Barrel-Aged Monk’s Brew) Pours a clear dark brown with a beige head. Quite dry and bitter with some sweetness. Aromas of brett with some berries and hints of caramel and chocolate. Also some residual sugars. Medium to full bodied with a slightly oily mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. Dry finish with a mellow tartness.
