Borefts Beer Festival 3. Cloudy brown beer, no real head. Dry crisp palate. Sharp vinegary sourness with some cherry. Worcester sauce. Sour enough to burn on the way down and thus too sour for me.

Aroma is deep vinous fruit and brett. Intense. Flavour is deep sour and acidic with loads of cherries. Lovely.

Boreft Beer Festival 2011: Cloudy dark brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of chocolate and marzipan, with a faint hint of acetone. Sharp vinegar and acetone flavour with acidity covering some interesting cherry and chocolate notes

Pours cloudy brown with a beige head. Aroma is acidic, acetone and cherries. Flavour is acetone, light caramel, cherries, balsamic, acidic, cherries and light almond.

Sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2011. Pours a clear and brown beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, acetone, marzipan, cherries, tart and fruit. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is dry and refreshing. Overall a good beer with some sharp notes.

Dark brown with a subtle redness in coloration. Sour aroma and taste. The Cherry is extreme, but not so much to ruin it. Tried at BBF, 2011

Tap @ BBF. Almost blackish brown pour, small tan head. Aroma is very thick with lots of oak, sourness, sour dough, bread, plenty of cherries, balsamico, vanilla, rum and port wine. Taste has more balsamico, vanilla, sweet port, wild vinegary sourness, molasses and some cranberries.

Draught @ Borefts 2011. Murky, with an amber brown color and a beige, lacing head. Fruity nose with cherries dominating, hints of vanilla and caramel in the aroma. Good!
