Bottle. Lots of haze in this golden beer. A one finger layer of off white foam that leaves a layer on the glass. This smells good. Rich sweet caramel malts and that Mosaic. Fruit is all over the place! Not sure this is very fresh and some oxidation is noted. But that Mosaic hop is so nice. Rich fruit is tangerine, stone, tropical, apricot. Earth and must and then yeast. Good stuff.

glennmastrange (2681) - hobe sound, Florida, USA - MAY 4, 2016
Bottle. Moderate to heavy malt aromas of roasted and caramel, moderate fresh OJ for the hops, faint musty for the yeast, with background notes of dried cherry and apricot. Head is small, frothy, white with fair lacing and good legs, and is mostly diminishing. Color is murky dark amber. Flavor starts lightly to moderately sweet and lightly acidic, then finishes lightly sweet and acidic and moderately bitter. Palate is on the fuller side of medium, oily with a lightly alcoholic and astringent finish. A fairly malty DIPA with a very nice hop profile, easy to drink too considering the 9%.

malrubius (2608) - Springfield, Vermont, USA - APR 26, 2016
Bottle on disco from Table and Vine. Murky orange caramel with head and lace. Toasted caramel spice and old citrus aroma. Taosted caramel peachy malts with some taosted nuts and very dry soft fruity spicy finish. Medium bosy and very soft carbo. Probably would have been better fresh, but still good.

Kauge (1617) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JAN 30, 2016
Bottle. BB 05.2017. Pours translucent amber with a creamy white top. Good retention and lace. The aroma is cheesecake with lemon at first, then passion, pine and resin.Tastes fruity sweet with a grapefruit seed bitter finish. Citrusy overall character. The bitterness builds up rapidly, and with the nearly 9%, there is quite a lot of warmth in the throat. The palate is soft and carbonation level low. Not too exciting, considering I’m a sucker for DIPA’s and Mosaic...

Tmoney99 (13590) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 14, 2016
Bottle. Poured a cloudy light copper color with an average to large frothy white head that mostly lasted with very good lacing. Moderate to heavy citrus hop aroma. Medium to abundant body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy citrus bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. My expectations where met.

Gluepot (451) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 20, 2015
A gripping hop nose, featuring grapefruit, grass and heavy dankness. The taste profile follows through on the nose, adding touches of orange, pine resin, honey, floral hops and some spice and soapiness. Lively effervescence and a rich body add to the drinking experience. A ton of sediment in the bottom of the bottle.
