Clear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy to fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate to light heavy hoppy, orange, apricot, fruity, wood and wine notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light acidic and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100311]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of wood, bettanomyces, malt, caramel, grapes, and barnyard. The flavor is sweet with funky notes of brettanomyces, malt, wood, grapes, caramel, alcohol, and barnyard, leading to a dry finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white and bubbly collapsing head. Aroma is dry brett, crisp grape and leathery. Grapefruity and crisp citric to peachy flavoured. Light leathery note. Smooth fruity and crisp brettish. Smooth and candy sweet fruity impression. Dry and crisp bitter finish. Nice one!

Bottled@Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with small white head. Aroma is very strong fruityness, some mild wood and vanilla as well as mild sourish notes as well. Flavour is sour wood, some slight tropical fruits, mild dry wood as well as some slight white wine like notes. Semidry. Also some mild spicyness.

Bottled. Cloudy pale amber, small head. Pleasant aroma of gooseberry and elderflower. Dry and slightly vinous with some oak. Above medium bodied with elegant, spritzy mouthfeel. Some hay and blac currant, fresh and a live. Mid bitter finish. Absolutely fantastic beer.

Fruity aroma of caramel, grape fruits, elder flowers and hops.
Fruity flavour of grass, grape fruits, pine needles and hops with notes of elder flowers.
Hoppy finish.

RATING # 4100. Bottle @ Odense Tasting, Feb 2010. Pours unclear orange with a small lasting white head and lacings. Nose is brett, yeast, orange peel and some fresh and floral grapefruity hops. Smooth and full bodied. Flavor is brett, berries, hops and yeast. Perfectly balanced and extremely tasty. Dry and fruity end. This is LOVELY

Cloudy amber color; small head. The aroma is fantastic, a concert of stone fruits and white grapes, Muscadel as well, with a light, sweet, earthy touch. Good body strength; malt flavor with character, therefore the residual sweetness is a good complement here; there is a high degree of fruitiness, with pleasant, moderate fruit acidity; correct bitterness; overall, a complex blend. The final is balanced, earthy, with a light tart touch.
