Little cloudy blond beer, huge aery off-white head, unstable, very adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: citrus, orange peel, bit spicy, some exotic fruits. MF: ok carbon, light to medium body. Taste: bit sweet, malts, grains, bitter hops, citrus, quite some coriander, bit sugary. Aftertaste: citrus, hops, exotic fruits, bitter, dry ending.

Has a nice colour and tast, it feels good in the stomach, and is awell balanced. Too bad it is only available at restaurant Noma !

375ml bottle. Pours light gold with a large head. Aroma is sweet, herbal and a hint of dry funk. Taste has lots of basil and straw, sweet to start with a dry finish.

Bottle at Noma Restaurant. This really show cased yeast and a dry malty balanced brew. Color was straw yellow. creamy head. Pretty sweet over all and a ton of yeast. Slightly slick in the mouthfeel which was ideal for me but not horrible.

Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, fish scales !! Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, herbs, pale fruit - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

Bottle. Hazy dark yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, corn and fruit. Flavour is malt, yeast, corn, fruit, little citrus, little sweet, hops and a little bitter.

Hazy yellow a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and moderate hoppy - straw. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280112

Hazy yellow of color with a white head. An aroma of cereal, citrus, hay, weak sweets and earth. A flavor of cereal, citrus, herbs and weak earth.

Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Pours unclear yellow with a small white head. Citrus, earth, corn. A bit of yeast. Mellow. Citrus fruits..Hay. Atypical. Good!

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are elderflower, malt, yeast, hops and citrus.
