Bottle @ Noma Restaurant, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy orange body with a medium white head. Nose is peaches, grass, hay and pale malts. Taste is sweet hay-ish tones of pale malts, grass, Belgian ale yeast and even a hint of tart brett funk tones in the back. Fresh, and very lively body for such a high ABV. Nice one.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy grassy aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor with hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty grassy finish.

Hazy pale yellow with a slightly green hue. Big, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma has green grapes, green apple peel, esters, light lemony tartness, some wheat, soft alcohol. Green tea. Highish carbonation, fine dryish and creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has yeast, apple peel, green olives, walnuts, esters, doughy and light biscuity malts, a touch of funk and a touch of cardboard. Softly warming finish with some soft bitterness. Goo, but there is a lot going on that doesn’t gel perfectly.

Nose is mediumheavy corn, weak hay, bittersweet malt, feel is medium, carb is quite heavy, taste is sweets, dry lemon, soursweet malt, weak soap, doesn’t last long

Pours hazy golden with a big airy head. Hoppy aromas of citrusfruits, apples and Belgian esters. Fruity and fresh in the taste as well. Clean and refreshing. Sharp carbonation.
