Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, fish scales !! Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, herbs, pale fruit - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

Bottled. A yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, yeast, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, lemon, yeast, and hops, leading to a subtly bitter finish. Nice one.

37.5 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy and yeasty. Spiced and wheaty, distinct citrusy/lemonish. Yeasty and slight citrusy flavoured into the finish. Smooth and velvet elegant smooth far finish.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). Goldeny orange colour, small off-white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and floral with mild gluelike notes. Flavour is fruity, gluelike, mild toffee and sugar. Quite dry palate.

Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Pours unclear yellow with a small white head. Citrus, earth, corn. A bit of yeast. Mellow. Citrus fruits..Hay. Atypical. Good!
