Effervescent golden pour. Big white head. Plenty of lacing. Minty, peppery, slight lemon. Peppery taste with plenty of malt. Citrus notes as well. Pretty good.

Medium white head over clear golden beer. Strong nose of rosemary or lavender. Very spicy - I’d guess green cardemom too. I know it’s really the lemon verbena, but that’s not a herb I use in my kitchen. Again this spice in the mouth. To me, it tastes as lavender, but a co-taster thought indeed of verbena. I’m a bit reluctant towards the flavour, but maybe in combination with algae, served on pebbles... Spice is really imposing, soapy. Finish has some grains. Spritzy, very refreshing, light body. Let’s state that it deserves a chance with the food...
