Bottle @ Mikkeller Bar as Mikkeller Orval Clone ’07. Hazy reddish amber with an off-white. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, bretty and a little oxidized. Flavor is quite sweet, moderate bitter and moderate acidic. Dry, moderate bitter and moderate acidic. 150313

Bottle 50 cl. Pour a hazy amber with a medium-sized off-white head. Lovely subtle Bretty nose, barnyard indeed but never aggressive in its funkiness. Medium body, lovely overripe fruit accents, funky in a spicy way. Lightly oxidized but not in an unpleasant way. Tasted next to an Orval of the same age, and this almost came out better... 120511

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. has a fruity yeasty weak bretty spicy aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty dark fruit flavor with weak bretty hints. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty dark fruit finish.

Mikkeller at Black Sensation. Pours a clearish light amber with a small off-white head. Smells of brett and fruits. Quite sweet with aromas of peach, brett and hay. Very high carbonation - that quickly disappears in the mouth. Creamy mouthfeel. Medium to full bodied.
