draft at Pa Besok in Malmo. after the k’rleck I was hoping for something similar, but preparing for the worst, and that’s what I got: brash, husky/grainy, rough burnt caramel malt with bitter bell pepper hops. medium-thick body; sugar-heavy. hops are indistinguishable beneath the sugar. not enjoyable.

Draught at På Besök in 2011. Orange, hazy and a mid-sized white head. Citrus and grass notes, distinct hoppy flavour - pine and grapefruit. Somewhat sweet, tones of caramel and toffee.

On tap. Slightly hazy amber with a dense and creamy off-white head leaving some lacework. Sweetish fruity nose with light tropical fruit accents. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel, again sweetish fruit and then a distinct hop bitterness without any particular hop sticking out. Fresh and straight. 100312

Aroma: peach, apricot, orange peel citrussy hops, tangerine, caramel malt, fruity sweet, sweet grape Taste: very dry, fruity, nice bitterness, grape, peach, light grassy, fruity sweet, caramel malty, citrussy hops, tangerine, orange peel, lemon peel, light red Apple, resin, pine, very dry and quite bitter aftertaste.

Cloudy amber color. Hoppy aroma, resiny, with caramel; unclean, some earthy yeast too. Good body, although the mouthfeel is quite dry; toffee and some caramel flavor, but somehow boring; powerful hopping, introducing harsh resins more than fruits. Bitter final, but not exciting. Rough bitter beer.

Very hoppy, citrusy, floral aroma. Amber color with lots of lacing. Taste has lots of lemon, hoppy bitterness. Light-medium body, lots of carbonation, slightly oily texture. Nice pale ale for a warm day. Very drinkable!

From tap at På Besøk. Pours hazy orange with a small rocky and white head. Aroma is fruity and mild bitter. Bitter, grassy and hoppy flavoured. Smooth frui, citrusy, bitter and slight herbal. Dry and hoppy fruity finish.
