3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750ml bottle shared at home. Amber pour with a good white head. Very perfumed aromas, with sugar and spice notes. not much funk present. Light sour, light bitter. Lively carbonation. Medium body. Once we poured the dregs of the bottle in the glasses it improved! yeastiness picked up, and turned into something like Orval.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Craft Beer Co Islington. Pours clear amber with a big, fluffy off white head. Very heady but not over carbonated. Nose shows heavy pepper and spice, almost citric fruits and bread. A touch of funk comes through. not as much funk or sourness as I was expecting. Very easy going and sessionable. Light funk and farmhouse characteristics with a touch of toffee and heavy spice. Solid stuff

Hazy orange with huge off-white head.
Aroma is very nice with lots of brett, some malty stuff, and a little fruit.
Taste the same. Very dry with medium body and carbonation.
I was hoping for a sour beer but it is a very dry slightly brett’y beer. Nice.
