Bottle 75 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a creamy and lacing off-white head. Sweet berry-like aroma with a slight Bretty edge. Medium body, heavy carbonation, sweet and fruity with some brown sugar accents. Very lightly funky with some subtle late hops. Wonder if the Brett will develop further - I hope. 221112

Bottled@PBF VIII. Slightly hazy pale copper colour with a mediumsized foamy head. Aroma is quite strong on the malts, but also has some quite sugary notes along with a slight touch of sour wood and spruce. Flavour is spruce, some slight sugary notes, mild tart wooden notes along with some sweet malts. Actually quite dry in the palate, but as such not very sour. Kind of faro-like in a way.

Craft Islington. Bottle shared with Tom and Mario. Hazy amber - red beer. Massive cream coloured head. Lightly sour nose with a trace of banana. Palate is light and crispy and airy. Sweetish banana ester. A little sour cherry and marzipan. A little hop bitterness towards the semi dry finish. Unusual beer and pretty approachable for a sour wild.
