Draught at CBC 2012. Clear dark red/brown - offwhite head. Cherries, fruity, lots of malty sweetness, toasted, light acid, citric, light burned notes, tartness, high fruity, warming.

12-MAY-2012, draft @CBC. Unclear amber/purple with light pink head. Cherry nose with funny tutti fruity notes. Taste is sweet, malty, and cherry. Like a sour gone sweet. Highly enjoyable, though a strange beast. I can see that some may dislike this. Perhaps smeden lost some of his manhood, but fine by me:-)

Draught. Good cherry aroma. Cloudy dark red colour. The flavour is quite sweet with a good cherry note. Nicely acidic with wooden tones as well, perhaps Even tobacco. Acidic burn in the finish.

From tap. Pourshay deep red to brown with a small pink head. Aroma is cherry fruity and tart. Sweet, citric and smooth cherry fruity. Light sulphrish and smooth cherry finish. Tea-is finish.

Draft courtesy of CBC staff, thanks! Hazy reddish dark amber color. Aroma of sour cherries, citrus, fruitcake. Taste starts sweet, turns tart fruit. Decent.

Draught at CBC 2012. Hazy dark brown coloured with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of cherries with notes of alcoholand marzipan. Fruity flavour of cherries, cherry stones and marzipan with notes of oak and acidic notes. Tart finish.

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration, 2012. Murky red/ruby with tiny pink head. Aroma is malt, cherries, fruit and tart. Flavour is malt, cherries, fruit, tart and acetone.

CBC. Unclear reddish brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy cherries, acetone and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet, rather acidic and moderate bitter. Dry and rather acidic finish. 120512

Draft. A red-brown beer with no head. The aroma has notes of cherries, malt, and vanilla. The flavor is sweet iwth notes of cherries and vanilla, leading to a tart finish.

Draft at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours hazy purple-red with a very fine, light pink foam head. Lots of ripe cherries in the aroma. medium sweet flavor, fairly tart, very acidic, nice cherries. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tart cherry finish, lots more acidic bite, pleasant cherries, lasting sourness. Strong and tart.
