Pours darkest black. Thin brown minimal head. Nose is roasted malt, chocolate and coffee, but with minerals. Taste is nice chocolate, subtle coffee, little bitter on the finish. Oily in the mouth, little smokiness. Very nicely balanced.

Cask @ pre GBBF 2011. A black colored beer, with a small beige head. The aroma of roasted malts with coffee and fruits. The taste is a little bitter, some coffee, fruits and some alcohol. The aftertaste is bitter with notes of coffee with sweet.

On tap at Craft Beer. Opaque black beer, short lived tan head. Smooth fresh dark malt. Minerals but no roast or bitterness. A little lactose sweetness. Well maybe a trace of roast then but very mild! Trace of smoke. Semi dry finish. Just a very nice Porter!

Draught at Craft Beer Co, London. Black beer, brown head. Roasted licorice aroma, smoked, coffee, dark chocolate, a bit oily. Salty flavor, coffee, licorice, tar, dark chocolate, viol, oily, hoppy. Bitter finish with licorice and coffee.

Pours black with a medium creamy head. Aroma has notes of roasted malts, coffee, chocolate and caramel. Taste is quite creamy and slightly sweet with notes of roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Smooth, a bit bitter finish. Well balanced, tasty.

Great, intensive and roasted aroma with coffee. Flavour has lots of coffee, a lot of roastiness and hints of chocolate. Some harshness in the aftertaste. Anyway, great porter for a coffee lover like me.

Pours a pitch black colour with a large, creamy head with good retention. Aroma of coffee, milk chocolate and some toffee. Flavour of roasted malts, coffee, milk chocolate with some floral hops. Very smooth bodied and a roasty, coffee, chocolate finish. Extremely well balanced.
