Nice, well balanced IPA. Smells like citrus and has nice hops but axlctually does well on the malt side also. Some florals, seems like Belgian yeast. Might bitter finish with some perfume sweetness. Tap at Churchkey.

Hazy amber beer, good head, very pale cream colour. Palate is airy and minerally crisp. Light creamy malt with a whisper of vanilla. Bretty start followed by orange and tangerine hops. Mild tropical fruits. More malt cream in the soft finish. Mild bretty bitter aftertaste. Pretty drinkable but not signing enough to hit the higher echelons.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draught at Publick House, 3/13/14
Soft amber-peach colored beer with a firm light beige head on it and a high clarity.
I drank about 2/3 of the beer and the whole time I was drinking it, I couldnt remember what I had ordered. The brett was light but enough to give a gentle Belgian character while the fresh, tropical fruits and lychee/pink grapefruit hoppiness obviously suggested an IPA. Gentle esters, light pale sugars from the malt and a very engagingly tight carbonation. With warming, even though the carbonation loosened up, the beer began to reveal a lovely spicy phenolic character and touches of caramel malts with an earthy almost woody character on the finish. Hops grow more perfumey as they mix with esters and light alcohol. Remains dry for the most part, with just a touch of saccharine-like sweetness and maybe a hint of aspirin.
