750 ml bottle. Hazy orange-amber colour, thick off-white head. Spicy aroma of caramel malt, citrus fruits and aromatic hops. The flavour is malty, with oranges and notes of tropical fruits, and a bitter, slightly piney hoppy finish. Warm, spicy aftertaste. Tasty, but not much to do with a witbier...

Bottle. Amber orange, hazy with frothy head. Good caramel, butterscotch maltiness. Some spices; a bit musty, cinnamon, some ginger. But very caramel oriented, like a strong ipa. Body is medium, fullish actually. Soft bitterness. Caramel, some bready malts, a touch of pine. Some vanilla or peachy tones. A lot more like a good soft full dipa than wit. But excellent body, just perfectly soft bitter and tasty.

Bottle 75 cl, BBE 22.08.2018. Amber color with a creamy tan head. Excellent lacing. Sweet and cinnamon spices, earth, spruce and some citrus fruits in aroma. Sweet and bitter taste, blood orange to mild grapefruit bitterness in taste. Spices that bites on the tongue in aftertaste with a bitter grassy hoppy finish. Oily texture. Still it feels very smooth, no sign of the abv and very easy to drink. Gets a whole lot sweeter towards the end. Could call this an belgian red IPA rather than a witbier.

1.5 liter bottle, poured an cloudy orangish amber color, aromas of light citrus, some brett, light mint, and some orange peel. Flavors are same, interesting beer, I know this bottle is old, but not much of a traditional witbier flavor, light citrus in the aftertaste with some brett.

Magnum generously shared by burg326. Cheers, Adam! Pours a clear orange-yellow with a white head. Nose is Brett, peppermint, mint, and pepper. Flavor is similar with big mint and some mild malt. Medium body and meh overall.

Refrigerated magnum poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy dark golden and dense off-white head. Thick lacing, thick chewy body, low carbonation, and barly wine aroma. Taste is rich barely wine. Belgian white I think not , barley wine yes.

Poured from a magnum into a weizen glass. Pours a hazy copper tinged gold with a thick, fluffy head of beige foam. Nice rings of lacing. The aroma is definitely indicative of a barley wine. In no way is this a wit. Hefty malt bill. Can’t really even tell there’s wheat in here aside from the haziness.

RBAG Summer Session. First beer of the tasting. Pours amber with a lacy head. Aroma of caramel malts, some wheat and light fruits, a little spiciness, plus a lot of hops. Flavor the same. Strong on hops, not like most of this style. Smooth texture.

Bottle - Malty and sweet with a hint of spruce. An orange lightly cloudy hue with large creamy off white head. Very sweet with a long lasting bitterness. Interesting but not something I would drink regularly.
