On tap @ The Olympic Tavern. Pours a dark amber with some haze with an off-white head. Aromas of citrus, pine and yeast. Flavors of pine and citrus, very easy to drink. This is some great stuff!

Nice, stable, cream-coloured head over hazed red-amber beer. Nice C-hops, USA to the fore, some ureum, smelling somehow sticky, if that makes sense. More C-hops, but balanced by some nice cakey sugars. Ends on fruity notes, as nectarine and grapefruit. Spritzy, to near-fizzy, and yet full-bodied, yet the texture seems light. Superb beer, very much in the American style, and I can find very litte witbier character, here.

Draft at Churchkey. Dark hazy golden color, thick off white head, massive lacing. Aroma of Christmas tree - orange, pine, light spice. Taste is bitter start to finish with more orange peel. Nice stuff.

Magnum bottle at Cask and Kitchen, Pimlico. Pours a slighty cloud deep orange-amber colour with large foamy head. Nose; citrus hops, yeasty, pine, grass. Taste; soft mouthfeel, decent carbonation, tangy, tangerine, floral, grass, suprisingly light for a xmas beer, but very enjoyable.

Great beer. Very heavy on the pine and citrus hops. Very fresh hop flavor and lightly sweet. A small hint of alcohol, some spices, and fruit in the finish. Not the typical winter seasonal.

Magnum. Aroma is faintly yeasty with some presence of hops. Pours a really beautiful hazy orange/amber color. HUGE creamy head. Taste is primarily dry with some strong yeast finish. A lot of bitter hop.

[3419-20101002] 1qt1pt2.7floz bottle. Light alcoholic grains aroma. Clear, amber orange body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Tasty citrus hops flavour has bitter lemon pips and tangerine. Medium-full body. Drinkable.
Overheard: "The hops are friendly."

Bottle. Heavy light brown colour, medium head. Aroma has lots of hops, pine, citrus, lime, pineapple etc. Taste is equally hoppy with lots of pine and a little alcohol. A very nice ASA, but not very reminiscent of christmas, if you ask me... Very nice!
