1500ml Bottle. The pour was a clear copper brown with a huge (3-4 fingers) cream colored fluffy head that had great retention and lasted throughout, reducing finally to a large cap with excellent sticky runny lacing. The aroma was of a biscuit malt, pine hops and a sweaty yeast with notes of caramel, citrus (grapefruit and orange peel), corriander and a touch of clove. The taste was a bitter malty with a mild caramel sweetness and a hint of citrus from the beginning, the finish on the other hand became rather hoppy with a slight citrus peel bitterness and a bit of spice towards the end. The flavor lasted a good long duration following the swallow, with a bitter hoppy and a spicy sweet taste left behind to linger on the taste buds. Mouthfeel was a step or two past light in body with a mildly dry texture and a medium carbonation. Overall this was an interesting brew for sure. Even though I really did not get much of the Witbier yeast flavor coming through, I did notice the slightly spicy citrusy flavor. But the Red Ale in this hybrid most definitely is the most dominant of the two...

Very decent and a cool take on a Christmas beer. Sort of sweet, fruity, slightly funky, estery. Fairly low carbonation.

Taster at Mikkeller Seoul. Aroma is sweet and grassy and there’s lots of caramel for the tongue. This is more like a belgian ale than a wheat beer; I’m not sure I taste any wheat at all. It’s really quite good though.

W smaku podobnie - lekko kwaskowe, żywiczne, owocowe, z fajną pszeniczną podstawą słodową i karmelem. Goryczka średnia, ziołowo kolendrowa. Wysycenie średnie do niskiego, kremowe, lepkie, z nieźle ukrytym alkoholem.
Podsumowując trzeba przyznać, że piwu zdecydowanie bliżej do Red Ale niż do Witbiera. Motyw czerwonych owoców i sporej słodowości gra tu pierwsze skrzypce.

Un cervezón único, un estilo complicado llevado a la perfección. Su aroma y su sabor son tan sólo superados por su apariencia. Obligatoria!

Hazy, ruby colour with big fluffy head. Very nice lacing. Strong aroma of caramel, citrus fruits (lots of orange), some sweet exotic fruits, resinous note, hint of spices and belgian yeast on background. Fantastic at nose. Taste is medium to heavy sweet, over medium bitter and slighlty spicy. Long duration finish (very sweet on the beginning and light bitter on finish). Well hidden alcohol. Medium to full body. Medium carbonation. Awesome mix of red ale and belgian wit. Absolutely worth to try it!
