Cloudy orange with tiny pink head. Sour aroma with barnyard, vinegar, barnyard and red currant. Sour flavour with red currant, vinegar, barnyard, leather and horeseblanket notes. Ends with massive sourness. Excellent!

Shady apricot to pink color, small white head. Very very sour scent. No hints of fruit at all. Sour taste, very sour, not much else. Medium mouthfeel, no bitterness.

Draught at EBF 2008. Hazy red, no head. Cidery aroma with green apples and red currants. Nicely balanced with a soft acidity.

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Bright pink no head. Vinegary Canillon-like lemony nose. The addiotion of red currant marries well with the lambic and stays on balanced levels. While it offers lots of lemon and vinegar the complexity of the best lambics is not really achieved. I also find a slight hint of rubber in the finish, but more vague here than in theitr framboos. One of the most genuinely interesting beers at the festival, although not the best.

tap, EBF2000 aroma is acid and redcurrant, appearance is pink, almost no head, flavor is a mix between acid and very refreshing redcurrant - i think sour beers are slowly winning me over, because i found it very refreshing and enjoyed it. alc was totally hidden, i coulnd’t notice any.

From tap. Pours orange and cloudy with a fully gone head. Aroma is tart berry and brett. Bone dry in both aroma and flavour. Dry and acidic with a nice redcurrent berry fruity flavour. Smooth and dry finish. What a pleasure to sip.

(Draught) Hazy pale red color with no head. Mild aroma of berries and some tart notes. Neutral flavor of red currants with some tartness and acidity, but it seems to be from the currants rather than fermentation. Quite light body with flat carbonation. Somewhat lame and girly, even without sugar. Doesn’t differ much from regular, unsweetened red currant juice.
