COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Draft at The World Premiere - today at 14:03. An unclear yellow beer with a slight pink shine under a huge but collapsing white head ø not very pretty. The aroma has strong notes of vinegar and brettanomyces. The flavor is very sour with a light sweetness and strong notes of brettanomyces and lemon as well as liight notes of rhubarb, leading to a very tart finish. Not enough rhubarb for me.

24th September 2010. Borefts Beer Festival.
Hazy gold beer with atiny white head. Sourish nose - quite pungent. Dry crisp palate. Pretty sour, some vinegary acid but has some balance from the Rhubarb which Iwas pleased I could actually taste (I often can’t taste fruit in sours at all). Finishes dry and crisp.
