Aroma is stale with herbs and spices. Somewhat foamy and sticky palate. Flavour has spices, ginger and hints of apricot. Weird stuff.

Pours dark golden color, lively carbonation, slightly hazy. Big, long lasting head, big bubble, low cremosity. Delicate aroma; honey, pine, citrus and fruits. Body is light, carbonation is average. Finish is metallic and bitter. Taste is ginger, berries, citrus, juniper; maybe not very well balanced.

Bottle at home. Pours a golden dark straw yellow colour with a off-white big whipped eggwhite-like head. Aroma of pale malt, hay, Belgian yeast, spices and some sweet honey in the end. The flavour is a bit faint version of the same with some rice and dry grassy hops in the end. Slick mouth feel, and has a light to medium bitterness. I don’t find much of the honey and ginger added, and feels more like an easy-drinking saison with a spicy touch.

Bottled (thanks Papsoe!). Goldeny orange colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is honey, fruits, citrus, nectar and some sappy notes. Flavour is honey, sweet malts and mild toffeeish notes as well. Quite nicely balanced.

Bottle. Cloudy golden beer with a very strong frothy white head. The aroma is very refreshing citric with some yeastiness. The flavour is very nice with a light citric fruity bitterness coming from the ginger, and a yeasty finish. Overall a very nice beer with more than a touch of wheat beer similarity. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very hazy gold beer with good pale cream coloured head. Light palate but with some stinging carbonation. Minerals. Mild pale malt. A little sweet honey. Very mild hops that go well with the mild ginger. Dry crisp finish. All right!

Interesting! Ginger and honey is not very appearant, which is a plus. Balanced taste. I had it with fish, and it was very becoming. A really good beer, but not too interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
