Bottled. An amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of fruits, brettanomyces, wine grapes, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of wine grapes, caramel, brettanomyces, alcohol, and malt, leading to a slightly tart finish.

Bottle @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Nice head with excellent duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, citrus, pepper, malt, fruits and flowers. Nice and easy drinkable.

Bottle, 375cl. A clear, golden beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma is fruity and sugary, faintly spiced and with some pale malts. Very dry on the palate, with a nice bitterness. White sugar, oak/vanilla hints and generic fruityness. Not much bitterness, but sufficient. Lasting finish. A tasteful, pleasant and dangerously easy drinkable beer, morish. 130309

Pours clear copper golden with a large, frothy, white head. Great duration. Aroma has lovely oak, grapes, sweet malts, citrus, green apple. Medium, prickly carbonation, oily and very dry mouthfeel. Flavour is elegant, very oaky with some vanilla, vinious, grapes, citrus zesty bitterness. Some funk and a good balance between the wine aspects and the malts sweetness.
