Pours gold into a tulip. Bright white head with excellent retention tophats before cratering and receding. Marshmallow, lemon and aspirin aromas. Sharp sweet caramel, bread and marshmallow front to back with a lasting tropical fruit and citrus finish.

12.7oz bottle, 2012 vintage. Pours ever so slightly reddish tinged gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is lovely; fruity Belgian yeast, brett, white wine and some floral notes. Taste starts out moderately sweet, with notes of yeast, fruits and malts. Then there is an overlay of more tart/dry white wine and oak here that is wonderfully balanced with the yeast/fruit notes so the finish is more tart than sweet. Slighly warming notes from the alcohol but not at all overpowering. Overall, this is a really terrific, complex beer with a great balance where all the flavor notes complement, but don’t overwhelm each other. Really lovely.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a white head. A very distinct, dry and refined grape aroma combined with a little yeast and phenols. Medium body, sweet fruit and a touch of vanilla and again these delicate and sophisticated grape notes. Very soft mouthfeel and absolutely no bitterness. A very delicious and refined brew. 121212

Quite fancy brew. Strong malty background with intense crisp fruitiness, awesome grape touch, vanilla, light yeasty, light woody, decent hops for balance. Moderate sweet with some bitterness. Quite dry Despite of quite complex character, very easy drinkable and enjoyable.
