Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is a nice balance of light, airy and crisp. Slightly creamy pale malt with a subtle touch of honey. Mild hops in good balance. Mild lemongrass and white pepper. Finishes soft and semi dry with a pinch of salt. Decent and very drinkable.

330 ml shared bottle. ABV is 5.0%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Surprisingly moderate aroma, some dusty and herbal notes. The flavour is herbal and slightly salty, quite dry. Moderate bitterness. Not much here to write home about.

Bottle. Pours a clear deep golden body with a medium, short-lived white head. Nose is citrus, pale malts, lime, hints of straw. Taste is pale malts, citric peel and hints of mineral salts and herbs. Medium to thin body, medium carbonation. Nice enough, and quite interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from a trade @ Borefts with yespr - thanks! Clear golden color. Rocky white head. Aroma’s: lemon zest, sweet spices, salty, hints of malty sweetness. Flavor is salty, but refreshing, medium bitter with a hint of sweetness. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, medium bitter. Interesting to say the least, and not half bad.

Maria (10136) - Thisted, DENMARK - DEC 4, 2012
It’s warm golden with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of soap and malt, weeds, but I’m not sure I think: Sea weed. The flavor is slightly sweet with salty notes of weed with a a touch of sea weed (possibly because I know it’s there), malt and the finish is dry and quite salty/spicy. An interesting beer.

Bottle (33cl) from Copenhagen Airport. Hazy pale golden colour, half-inch white head that leaves a band of lacing. Aroma of hay, sea weed, ripe fruit. Taste of hops, malt, diluted broth. Medium/light body, soft carbonation. Good bitterness, nice balance. Salty-bitter aftertaste.
