Bottle at MikkellerOffice - Thanks. Clear golden – white head. Salty, ok rather high salty, light malty, pilsner malty, breadish, havn/harbour, citrus, ok... .. .. would fit food very nicely, like drinking Ayran to spicy food.

Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is a nice balance of light, airy and crisp. Slightly creamy pale malt with a subtle touch of honey. Mild hops in good balance. Mild lemongrass and white pepper. Finishes soft and semi dry with a pinch of salt. Decent and very drinkable.

RBESG Grand Tasting. Hazy golden with a small white head. Clean citrus aroma with a touch of herbs. Sweetish fruity flavour with lots of peach, a touch of salt, and a nice bitter finish. The salt is doing nothing positive, but maybe with food.

RBESG 12. Slightly hazy golden body, small white head. Peachy aroma, herbal aroma hops, very good. Tastes like rock candy mixes with salt and it works better than expected. Very interesting stuff.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Interesting and spicy, herbal aroma. Medium body, a dry fruitiness, again this herbal hoppiness while the salinity comes late but is evident. Never spoils the fun though. Ends dry but not overly bitter. Interesting and very enjoyable. 250812

Flavor is salty, but refreshing, medium bitter with a hint of sweetness. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, medium bitter. Interesting to say the least, and not half bad.
