Bottle split at Chriso Easter tasting, 04/04/15. Mahogany brown with a decent light tan covering that retains well. Nose is rich dark fruit rinds, spice, plummy notes, fruit cake mix, subtle BA notes. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light booze streak. Decent BA Belgo offering has held up well age wise.

Bottle shared with BBTCG. Pours a light brownish producing a small, shortlived head. Lovely aroma of wood, red wine, sweet malts, candy and dried fruits. Taste is sweet and sort of boozy. Hints of port, wood and dried fruit. Also slighlty oxidized this one. Close to full bodied, softly carbonated.

Taste is grains, caramel, red berries, figs, dates, cinnamon, orange peel, wood, red wine and hints of vanilla, toffee and brown sugar. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Sweet, and a bit oxidized and peculiar...but drinkable and pleasant for sure.

Muddied rusty brown, no head. Rich barrel tang and soft fruity spiciness. Initial taste is skinny berry and soft spice. Kinda loose, soapy sweetness as it contrasts from the winey tang towards the finish. Simple clean fruit cake, wee bit fuzzy and sweet spice.

Bottle, 10pm Curfew Tasting

375 ML bottle thanks to papsoe for the bottle Dark murky reddish brown color. Big rocky off white head that falls to a collar. Leaves a thick ring of lacing. Looks very good for the age. Some slight oxidation in the nose but a lot of red wine, oak, and stewed dark fruits that lean more towards a port nose. Rich nose. Taste is dark fruits, well balanced with red wine. Barrel and fruits are very much in tune here. Some of the malt notes come into play but well surprised how the fruit has held up. Soft and silky body. Light carbonation and medium bodied. Solid beer
