Bottle 37,5 cl. Hazy and opaque orangey brown with a beige head. A lot of vanilla in the nose - and vanilla. Medium body, nuts, sweetish overripe fruit and caramel but it’s the barrel’s woody notes that clearly dominate, plenty of wood with a tart edge. Quite thrilling. 251210

Flavour is red grapes, some alcohol, mild berries, rather winous and some slight spicy and yeasty notes. Rather balanced. As it warms up it gets some blueberries in the finish.
