On tap at Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Very dark brown, a little on the cloudy side. Small foam. A lot of coffee, chocolate and orange in aroma, not much Christmas spices. Nice malt sweetness, nuts, hops, body rather heavy. Despite that a surprisingly fresh and easy to drink beer. Did not notice the rather high content of alcohol.

Bottle. Dark brown colour with a medium-sized off-white head. Hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, malt and spices. The flavour is hoppy, malty, chocolate, some sweetness and spices with a hint of alcohol. Medium to full-bodied, finish is quite long and dry.

Sweet, belgish aroma with citrus fruits, oranges and maybe mango and pineapple. Some sweet chocolate also. Sweet, fruity, a bit belgish and bw-alike malty taste. Palate is quite smooth and warming.

0.75 l bottle from Alko. Dark slightly hazy reddish brown color. The aromas of citrusy-piney hops, chocolate, nuts, warming alchol and hint of raisins. Bittersweet flavor with citrusy-piney hops, chocolate, nuts and raisins. The finish is long, hoppy, slightly spicy and slighlty yeasty. Full bodied and very warming palate with hop resins in the finish. Nice balance between chocolate and american hops. Belgian and spice character is not obvious, but I think it makes this better.

Tap @ Ørsted Ølbar, Cph.
Pours clear deep red with a small, creamy, white head. Fine lacing. Aroma is quite hoppy, sweet, Nelson Sauvin?, coriander, light cinnamon and fresh-cut grass. Some yeasty notes of dried fruits as well. Medium carbonation, fine creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is quite weird, malty sweet, quite a lot of fresh hoppiness and light spiciness. Some chocolate, yeast, sap, pine. Weird and unbalanced, but still kinda attractive.
