4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottled, 330 ml from Stirchley Wines & Spirits, Birmingham. Orange amber with white head. Love cascade hops and this is about the best I have tasted them, possibly. Orange, grapefruit, citrusy on opening the bottle and the first taste, dry and bittering throughout, lasting on the palate, great depth from a slightly fuller, malty body. Excellent.

It’s been a while since I tasted this, and when I looked at my notes it only said: just very good. That’s what this beer is, it’s nothing outraegious, just good.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A hazed reddish amber IPA with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice musty biscuit malt with smooth herbaceous and floral hops, nice and well balanced. In mouth, a rich biscuit malt with nice floral and resinous hops, piney and citrus. All the astringent bitterness as attenuated to a well balanced mix. Bieropholie imports.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, bought @ Řlbutikken, Cph.
Pours clear amber with a big, frothy, off-white head. Rather large bubbles. Wonderful cascade aroma, lots of grapefruit, some slight caramel sweetness. Light citric as well. Wonderful dry and lightly creamy mouthfeel. Wow, there is some hops in this one! Very dry, lots of hops, good fruitiness, light citric tartness. Great balance of malts. This is surely a beer for hophead - thankfully I’m one if them!

33cl bottle in the hotel, reading "liar’s poker" , crete. rethymno.
amber, large thick offwhite head.
aroma is pine, grapefruit, faint flowers, sweetness as honey and syrup.
flavor is pine, grapefruit, bitterness, grassy sweetness, ends grapefruity bitter. apart from the much hops dominated flavor, i get a malty sweetness for balance.
i love these single hop thingies, a good experiment and quite educational.
