Originally brewed by Mikkeller, Denmark. Recent batch brewed by Mikkeller at De Proef Brouwerij, Lochristi-Hijfte, Belgium.
The third in the series of single hop IPAs from Mikkeller. Brewed with Cascade, a true American classic hop type. This hop is less powerful than the ones used in the previous two single hop IPAs - creating a great balance with the beers other aspects.
Ingredients : Water, malts (pilsner, cara-crystal and munich), hops (cascade) and yeast.

It is hazy, dark orange and the head is huge and creamy. The aroma has notes of grapefruit, oranges and caramel. The flavour has a light sweetness and it is very aromatic with notes of citrus, mostly grapefruit and the orange-colored varieties, malt and delicious caramel. It is very harmonic and nice.

Bottled, 330 ml from Stirchley Wines & Spirits, Birmingham. Orange amber with white head. Love cascade hops and this is about the best I have tasted them, possibly. Orange, grapefruit, citrusy on opening the bottle and the first taste, dry and bittering throughout, lasting on the palate, great depth from a slightly fuller, malty body. Excellent.

A hazed reddish amber IPA with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, nice musty biscuit malt with smooth herbaceous and floral hops, nice and well balanced. In mouth, a rich biscuit malt with nice floral and resinous hops, piney and citrus. All the astringent bitterness as attenuated to a well balanced mix. Bieropholie imports.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with an average, frothy white head, mostly lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, cereal, meal), heavy hop (flowers, pine, grass, resin, citrus), heavy yeast (sweat, soap, earth) with notes of apple, pear, and apricot. Medium bodied, mineral texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Long duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and bitterness. Spicy bite.
