Pours amber, medium lacing. Aroma of fruits and hops. Smooth taste of light hops, with more citrus flavours, not that hoppy.

Bottle. Pale orange, little hazy, white big head. Excellent lacing. Fairly lasting. Nose are toasty malts, some caramel, and citrus and pine aromas. The taste is mainly citrus hops, medium bitterness, some toasty notes. Medium dry, medium carbonation, slick texture. Finish is malty and lightbitter.

330ml bottle from Premier Gourmet in Buffalo, New York. Orange in colour with a thin but long lasting off-white head, excellent lacing. The aroma is of pine, grapefruit, toasted malts, caramel sweetness, resiny. The flavour is quite bitter, pine and citrus, lots of hops, sticky. Bitter hoppy mouthfeel, lightish body, moderate carbonation. Finishes long, hoppy, warming at the end.

Murky copper color with persistent head. Aroma is a bit fruity and also has a lot of pine. Taste follows with dank, earthy hops and a solid bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste. Overall a very nice IPA that showcases the Centennial hop very well.

"nicely done and balanced. spice, floral nose, and orange peel all rolled into one. this one captured more of the hop characteristics you’d find with a hop blend ipa, and was one of the slight standouts."

4oz on tap at Ei8ht Ball. Half hazy orange amber color. Thin ring of off-white head. Some ropes of lace. Good bigger orange citrus hop to this, mandarin. Medium to bigger body. Smooth, kind of crisp lighter carbonation. Lightly slick texture. Caramel malt. Moderate to bigger bitter taste, light to moderate sweet. Solid single hop IPA, interesting stuff.

Aroma is citrus and hops. Had a gigantic tan foam head that didn’t leave any lacing. Centennial has notes of jasmine and pine, minor citrus.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Piney, hoppy aroma is perfectly integrated into a caramel malty presetting, sweet-ish, some pineapple, some spruce and resin. Taste is bitter and piney hoppy, explicit, slightly dry and ligneous pineapple note, some tartness, spruce and resin, a touch of glue. Sadly not the freshest example.
