On tap @Cimmeria, Oviedo. Pours hazy dark gold with nice creamy white head. Some head retention and lacing. Pine, some citrusy, resins aromas. Medium body, some crispy texture, average carbonation. Taste is quite bitter, dry, pine, some subtle caramel. Quite robust one. Enjoyable.

Great looking amber body with super stable head. Balances piney hops, red grapefruit, resin and fresh herbal notes. Quite complex for a single hop! The solid bitterness works well too. Work great. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bičre)

UPDATED: NOV 29, 2013 Bottle 0.33l from Daniels Tongeren. Pours dark orange with a small tan head. Aroma is bread, resin, earthy. Strange but not unpleasant. Taste is light sweet, medium to heavy bitterness. Grapefruit, malt flavours. Pretty heavy IPA. Boozy aftertaste.

Aroma: Boring! (overall way too little aroma - maybe my bottle is too old) - almost not detectable. Appearence: nice dark amber color with an fluffy off white head (but poor head retention) Taste: Very smooth long lasting bitterness nicely balanced with residual sweetness. Palate: Highly carbonated. Medium body. Long bitter finish. Overall: Great beer apart from lacking aroma!

Alap!

0,33 l bottle, Csakajósör, Budapest.
Deep cloudy amber appearance with a small but creamy and stable tan head. Aroma of citrusses, pine and grass, some malty background, fine fruity yeasts, esters. Medium, balanced body, more bitterness than malt with resin, pine, grape and lemon peels. Nice hop cone-dam on the tongue in the aftertaste. I prefer very much this style of IPAs, so i like it;-)

Ipa single hop. Ambrata. Poca schiuma. Profumata. Carbonazione bassa. Amara al palato e al retrogusto. Il centennial si rivela un gran luppolo da amaro ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Piwa i Wody regionalne in Kraków. The appearance is amber/orange. Aroma: resin, citrus, herbs and some biscuits. The taste is properly bitter and heavy which isn’t balanced with sweetness at all. A good one.
