Tap (squealer). Darkish amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of pink grapefruit, over-ripe peaches, caramel. Taste is quite muddled with the aromatics standing out less than some others in the series and the bitterness less clean. Along with the caramel and light biscuit, there’s peach, some mango, subdued citrus, some pepper and a fair bit of soap at the end.

Rich amber/orange color; Medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of floral/herbal hops, caramel malt, some yeast, & citrus; Flavor of slight sweet malt, caramel, pine/citrus hops, and some fruit; Finish is slightly bitter; Nicely balanced; Similar to the Cascade IPA with a bit more resin - pretty nice.

I pretty much dig this Centennial Single Hop IPA. It has a very characteristic dark hoppy aroma. Not too overruling but a rather special combination of caramel and grapefruit-like hops.

New packaging (light blue bottle). Pours a hazy amber with a fluffy white head. Nose is orange sherbet, banana, mango. Flavor is orange, mandarin, banana, toffee, biscuits, hay, bitter sharp finish with grapefruit peel. Medium body. Not bad, good depiction of the hoo.

330ml bottle from Mikkeller webshop. Hazy orange-brown amber colour, off-white foam head leaving lacing and aroma of floral, citrus, pine. Taste is malt & grain with grapefruit and pine earthy hop resin bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
