330ml bottle. Steady-beading orange with a huge, persisting Belgian head. Aroma a saliva-prompting cascade of great things; Fruit Salad chews, papaya, guava, overripe strawberry, peach iced tea, orange Smarties. Crisper, biting hop flavour with bags of zesty bitter orange and grapefruit; thick supporting malt, flowers, lick of heat. Humid green burps; orange infused chocolate. Right up there. But it can’t touch Oakham Citra.

Bottle @ home. Aroma is huge pineapply resony fruity citrus and orange goodness, subtle caramelish malt in the background. Flavour starts with a smooth bitterness, then some malt and huge fruit, then a more dry and stronger bitterness with citrus. Citra = Awesome!

Single bottle purchased from Kensington Wine Market in Calgary, AB on 03/01/2012. Colour: clouded dark orange with soft medium white head. Nose: A fine blend of oranges, pine hop and caramel. More swirling reveals some lemon. Medium sweet, medium-light bitter, medium sour. The single hop influence is quite noticable, as the citrus hop flavour is one dimensional, albeit delicious. Chewy caramel in the middle. There is some long sour notes on the finish along with some leafy greens. Quite enjoyable.

Draft - Hoppy notes heavy on the grapefruit, but some undertones of floral. Ruddy yellow with a nice head. Great citrus hop heavy taste with a bitter kick. Creamy on the mouth, extremely nice on the palate, especially in the cold. Overall a great beer that I enjoyed until the tap ran dry.

Bottle. Orange with white head. Lovely grapefruit, passionfruit, citrus vibe to it with. Just the right ammount of malt. Very yeasty. Probably my fault for pouring the dregs in. Oops. Manageable bitterness on the finish. Well rounded and delicious.

Bottle. Cloudy dark orange with a thick lasting off-white creamy head. Solid hop scent more citrus than "cat pee". Solid IPA. Good body. Aggressively hopped. Sharp cutting bitter citrus (lime) hops. Has a certain amount of baking soda edge to the taste and a weird foaminess in the aftertaste on the tongue. Definately worth having again.

AROMA: big grapefruit hops. some caramel , some lemon and some.. Leather??! APPEARANCE: giant off white head on a slightly cloudy copper body, with great lacing. TASTE: the first mouthful. has malt and hoppy some degree, Lemony flavours with some grainy malt but still big hop bitterness.Get some earth, leather-like flavours coming thru. PALATE: medium body with a crisp cleanness Very hoppy.. good carbonation and a nice hop finish. OVERALL:good hops to malt balance. this is almost a double IPA from the hops. Another wonderful beer i wish I had made.
