On tap at Beer Temple. Hazy orange amber colour, dense white head. Aroma of sorachi ace, bubblegum, tropical citrus fruits. Flavour is light sweet, light malty, very fruity, oranges, earthy liquorice root, tropical citrus, firm bitter earthy finish. Medium to fullbodied. Very nice, I like this hop variety.

Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, herbs, hop bitter, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111223]

Bottle, bought @ Voldby Købmandsgaard.
Pours light hazy orange amber with a creamy yellowish head. Aroma is sweet, pear winegums, light peach, plant sap. Highish carbonation, nice dry and somewhat creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has plant sap, some apple zest, pear, quite bitter, light piney. Rather bitter finish. Quite coherent, even with that hop.

27-DEC-2011, bottle @home, from"Fish & Beer". Amber/orange body with high beige head that lea es a little lacing. Nose is very fruity. Coconut, orange peel, earthy notes, and red grape fruit. Taste is the same only the orange peel turns Gran Marnier like. Ends a little thin and quite bitter with perfume. Fine and a bit strange.

Hazy brown. Complex aroma, herbs and malt. Full body, herbal palate, eucalyptus, white pepper, pleasant bitterness. One of the best of the series. Long bittersweet tail.
