330ml brown bottle. Deep golden colour with a little haze. Creamy white head, sticky foam. Nose has lime, faint spice, hop resins, sweetish notes. Taste has strong citrus, spicy resin hops with lemon and lime notes, base malt sweetness is there but light. Finishes with caramel and lingering bitterness and hop flavors of lemon and grass. Medoum bodied, good smooth texture, very drinkable. Pretty fresh tasting, vibrant hops. Another good beer in this series.

330ml bottle pours a hazy orange amber color with a 3 finger creamy white head with good retention and leaving some nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is light lemony hops and some light malts. Taste is lemon citrus hops with a light malty sweet backbone. Medium body and light carbonation. An easy drinking IPA that I could have a few of in an evening.

Murky looking dull light brown/orangey body, signature lemony taste seems to arrive late, tropical fruit on the aroma, drank alright just a little disappointed with it.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
From a bottle. Amber with white head. Aroma is fucked up, like new plastic or rubber. Taste is even more ficked up, some lemon, Ginger and then plastic, rubber, bubblegum, turtle wax, playdough. Taste chemically and artificial. This hop should be avoided for use by breweries. Interesting characteristics though in an experiment like this

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Murky, dark orange pour. Small, very dense white head. Nose shows lots of zesty citrus and tangy pine. Fresh apples on the finish. A huge amount of citrus zest and lemon rind in the taste. Piney hop finish. Doesnt balance very well and is a little sharp. Average at best

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
An orange cloudy beer poured in a half pint.
White flowers (Magnolia) + a hint of strawberry on the nose.
Medium bodied, well balanced bitterness but too simple on mouth: too heavy flower aromas. Lack of complexity.
It smells like a soft powdry fragrance.
That said, very interesting to discover the Sorachi hop variety.
THanks Mike !

Dark golden, large head. Somewhat strange leathery/plastic aroma and taste. Nice bitter aftertaste.
